Order Confirmation / Approved and In-Processing
Your order and payment have both been approved and is currently being processed.
Stock Confirmed (applies for non in-stock items)
Your order has been confirmed by the brand distributor. Please note that an additional 1-3 working days are required for orders with prescription lenses.
Stock in Transition
Your order is currently in transit to one of our distribution centres. Upon arrival, it will will be dispatched immediately to the nominated shipping address. Please note that an additional 1-3 working days are required for orders with prescription lenses.
Rx Lenses Processing
Your prescription lenses are currently being fitted to your frames. Note that prescription lenses fitting takes 1-3 working days.
Rx Lenses Confirmed
Your prescription lenses have been fitted and passed through quality control. Your order will ship out shortly.
Waiting for Tracking #
Your order has been shipped. Since we ship a large number of parcels daily, the tracking numbers will be provided approximately 24 hours after we have posted the day's shipment. We will send the shipped email with the tracking number and the URL where you can track the progress of your shipment.
Shipped
Your order has been shipped and is on its way to you. You can track the status of the delivery with the details provided by email.
Wait to be Verified
The payment made for your order has been flagged as a high risk transaction by the payment gateway. An email has been sent to you, outlining how the transaction can be verified.
Backordered
Although we try to keep our product collection up to date, stock levels change on a real-time basis. A particular model may be available in-stock at the time of order, but can become backordered during the order processing period. If you choose to wait we will continue to push the order through with the distributors. The time can vary between a few days to over a month, depending on the manufacturer's production cycle.
Discontinued
The ordered model, size, or colour has unfortunately been discontinued by the manufacturer. Although we strive to keep our product collection up to date, from time to time some models will become discontinued before we can remove them from our website. An email with further details and alternative options has been sent to you.
Sales Cancelled
Your order has been cancelled. Depending on your payment provider's policies, the funds may take around 3-5 working days to reflect back to your account.
